1. Push Up    Yes Push up, If you talk about the exercise  this is  must be on top list. Push Up is very good exercise for Abs. If you Want a Great Abs, I suggest you done the must 25 push up in the Morning.

This exercise can done everyone because its to simple , if you just begin the exercise and the Gym
then add to your list The Push Up exercise.

2. Flutter Kick   This is another one amazing exercise for abs its really good.

Flutter Kick burn your belly fat and make the abs looks great.
I Give You a Brief
Lie on your back with legs straight and arms extend out at your sides. Lift your heels about some  inches off the floor which you can do  and rapidly kick your feet up and down in a quick, scissor-like motion.

3. Crunch -   Crunches the best Exercise for Abs also top on the list of every body builder or trainer.
Crunch is most popular exercise in the world, its little difficult to every beginner. But its really good if you can start this. 
Lie on you back and fold your legs. Lift your Head and chest to your knees.

4. V-Situp - Yes this exercise is amazing even its my favourite. This exercise make your abs Good and Shinny. You must done this Morning and evening as your possible, but don't skip V-Situp. 
Just Lie on your Back, now Lift your legs and your upper body and Go back the normal. 
Repeat this. You must be start 10 rips.

5 Plank _ Planks is it the valuable exercise for everyone. You make sure this exercise on your list. Is it amazing for abs and your back and the four arms.
